Yellow Curry Sauce
The Yellow curry is our most popular curry sauce for a reason; it’s aromatic, fresh and fragrant but doesn’t have too much heat. It’s packed full of the classic flavours of fresh galangal, turmeric, ginger, lemongrass and toasted spices; cumin, coriander seed, chilli and black pepper.
Our Yellow Curry is bold rather than hot, making it perfect for the fussier eaters in your life but if you prefer a bit of fire, simply spice it up with chopped red chilli to taste.
Coconut cream, coconut milk, onion, dried long red chilli, garlic, coriander, ginger, galangal, turmeric, shrimp paste, lemongrass, coriander seed, palm sugar, fish sauce.
