Yellow Curry Chicken
Our famous Yellow Curry Chicken is aromatic, fresh and fragrant with loads of succulent BBQ chicken, so all you have to do is heat and eat.
The curry sauce is packed full of the classic South East Asian flavours of fresh galangal, turmeric, ginger, lemongrass and toasted spices; cumin, coriander seed, chilli and black pepper.
Our Yellow Curry is bold rather than hot, making it perfect for the fussier eaters in your life but if you prefer a bit of fire, simply spice it up with chopped red chilli to taste.
SERVES 2 – 3 adults
Chicken thigh, coconut cream, coconut milk, onion, dried long red chilli, garlic, coriander, ginger, galangal, turmeric, shrimp paste, lemongrass, coriander seed, palm sugar, fish sauce.

Just pop the frozen bag of curry sauce into a pot of boiling water for around 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Pour the hot curry into a bowl with some lightly blanched crunchy greens, like snow peas, sugar snaps or broccolini. Serve with a large bowl of steamed rice and a plate full of our crispy, golden roti.
