Vegan Yellow Curry Sauce
After many requests for a vegan curry option, we created a sauce which reflects the same aromatic, fresh and fragrant flavours of our traditional Yellow Curry Sauce.
It’s packed full the same classic South East Asian flavours of fresh galangal, turmeric, ginger, lemongrass and toasted spices; cumin, coriander seed, chilli and black pepper, without the fish sauce and shrimp paste. After a year’s search we found an amazing small batch producer of vegan fish sauce and shrimp paste so we didn’t have to compromise on flavour.

Just pop the frozen bag of curry sauce into a pot of boiling water for around 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Oven roast a tray of your favourite starchy vegetables like pumpkin, potato, suede, carrot and cauliflower simply pour the heated sauce over them, top with a handful of coriander and fried shallot and serve with rice.
Green & Crunchy
Char grill or blanch a selection of fresh greens like sugar snaps, snow peas, broccolini, peas and green beans then simply pour the heated sauce over them, top with a handful of coriander and fried shallot and serve with rice.
Keep frozen products in the freezer for up to 3 months.
