RCN – Roast Capsicum Napolitana
Move over boring old tomato Napolitana sauce; there’s a new flavour in town. Our rich, flavoursome Roast Capsicum Napolitana (RCN) gives your dishes that little extra somethin’ somethin’.
The capsicum is roasted to bring out its natural sweetness then we slow cook it with the tomato, onion and garlic, throw in some fennel, red wine and chilli for extra flavour. It’s all blended to make a rich, tasty, versatile sauce that works on way more than just pasta.

Just pop the frozen bag of sauce into a pot of boiling water for 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Quick & Simple Italian
Stir the sauce and through your favourite pasta, lashings of grated parmesan and chopped basil.
Use the RCN as a flavour filled base to any pizza.
Gently braise a pot of seafood like mussels, prawns, octopus and fish in the RCN. Add chopped parsley and serve on steamed rice, pasta or lemon cous cous.

Put mussels in a hot saucepan add a glass of white wine and put on the lid and give it a bit of a shake (be careful of the steam). Allow to steam in the wine until cooked. Stir through the heated RCN. Add chopped parsley and serve as part of a feast or on steamed rice, pasta or lemon cous cous.
