Pulled Pork Roti Taco Pack
After lots of requests this one comes straight from our Jimmy Liks Street Food Market Stalls. Six (6) deliciously filling Roti Tacos with yellow curry pulled pork, pickled veg and crackling..!
Pulled Pork – pork shoulder, coconut cream, coconut milk, onion, dried long red chilli, garlic, coriander, ginger, galangal, turmeric, shrimp paste, lemongrass, coriander seed, palm sugar, fish sauce.
Pickle – cabbage, carrot, vinegar, sugar, water
Roti – wheat flour, water, vegetable, margarine, sugar, salt, raising agents.
Crackling – pork skin, salt.

Pulled Pork – pop frozen bag in pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes to heat through OR remove contents from bag and gently thaw and heat in sauce pan (add a bit of water when needed)
Pickle – open packet and strain off liquid (and dispose of liquid).
Roti – dry fry in nonstick pan or on the BBQ over a medium heat. Turn roti regularly, until each side is golden brown OR place in oven at 180 ̊C directly onto wire racks. Cook until golden brown crispy and flaky.
Crackling – chop into small chunks.
Extra Bits You’ll Need… chopped coriander, batons of fresh cucumber (15cm) and chopped red chilli.

Keep frozen items in freezer and pickle in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
