Bag O’ Balls Meatballs
What started out as Nana’s recipe has been tweaked over the years to bring you our popular Bag O’ Balls.
The pork and beef meatballs are hand rolled and twice cooked, so they’re ready to eat. All you have to do is heat them up. The roasted capsicum and tomato sauce is simmered and reduced over hours to develop a velvety texture and full, rich flavour that keeps people coming back over and over again.
Lean beef and pork mince, tomato, onion, capsicum, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, olive oil, parsley, fennel seeds, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt.

Stir the sauce and meatballs through pasta. Serve it with a side salad of rocket, lashings of grated parmesan and our zesty pesto.
