Grilled Roti Bread
Turn your curry game up a notch with this must-have side dish. Instead of just rice, a crispy piece of roti bread is perfect for dipping into and mopping up all those glorious sauces.
Our traditional roti is par cooked on the char-grill, then frozen, so it is ready to use whenever you need it. Like our curry sauces, there’s no need to thaw them out. They’re good to cook straight from the freezer.
Wheat flour, water, vegetable, margarine, sugar, salt, raising agents.

Dry fry them in a non-stick pan or on the BBQ over a medium heat. Turn the roti regularly.. OR place in oven at 180ºC, directly onto wire racks. Cook until golden brown, crispy and flaky, think croissant!
This makes a perfect side dish to any of our curries or use it to dip into the sauces as a tasty starter.
The classic sweet street food. Serve the warm crispy roti with sliced banana, condensed milk, cinamon sugar and maple syrup.
