Green Curry Sauce
This classic Thai Green Curry is fresh, zesty and aromatic.
It’s packed with handfuls of aromats including lemongrass, kaffir lime, coriander root and ginger.
Our Green Curry Sauce is complex and creamy yet surprisingly light. There is enough heat to awaken the senses but is still approachable for most palates but if you like it hot add in some fresh chopped green chilli or green scuds.

Just pop the frozen bag of curry sauce into a pot of boiling water for around 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Gently braise chickpeas, carrot and pumpkin in the curry sauce until cooked. Add in some braised broccoli, cauliflower and beans. Garnish with chopped coriander, fried shallots and pickled chilli cucumber. Serve with steamed white or brown rice and some of our crispy, golden roti for dipping and mopping.
Pan fry on a fairly high heat fillets of your favourite firm white fish. Barramundi, snapper and cod are perfect. Lightly blanch a handful of your favourite greens like baby corn, apple eggplant, snake beans, green beans or broccolini. Pour the hot Green Curry Sauce over the fish and greens and garnish with chopped coriander, fried shallots and pickled chilli cucumber. Serve with steamed rice and some of our crispy, golden roti for dipping and mopping.
COOKING HINT: For a next level fish, always buy fillets with the skin on. Cook the fillet skin side down first in some oil on a high heat until skin is crispy. Turn fish and finish cooking fillet.
