Green Curry Beef
To make dinner even less of a stress, we’ve added slow braised, twice cooked beef brisket to our sensational Green Curry Sauce, a mouth-watering unbeatable combination. It’s fresh, zesty and aromatic Thai flavours of lemongrass, kaffir lime, coriander root and ginger.
There is enough heat to awaken the senses, while still being approachable for most palates but if you like it hot, add in some fresh chopped green chilli or green scuds.

Just pop the frozen bag of curry sauce into a pot of boiling water for around 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Toss steamed broccolini and snap peas through the hot curry. Roast pumpkin also works. Serve it with rice and our crispy golden roti.
