We’ve focused on creating big umami flavour rather than making something hot (which this isn’t, really?). From Asian greens to garlic bread this might just be the most versatile little pot of flavour we’ve made.

Peanut oil, dried chilli, fried shallot, fried garlic, salt, black vinegar, Szechuan pepper, star anise, cassia bark, cardamon, bay leaf.

Flat Rice Noodles
This one can have endless variations but simply toss Mrs Liks Chilli Oil Crisp through some cooked flat rice noodles and then add stuff… chopped green shallot, fried shallots, fresh chopped chilli, asian greens of any description, poached chicken, what do you have..?

Sourdough Side or Snack
Char grill, bbq or toast a thick piece of sourdough with either plain butter or garlic butter then add Mrs Liks Chilli Oil Crisp as a dip or a drizzle

Any Protein & Greens (and rice?)
Pan off your favourite protein how you like it, steak, lamb back strap, pork chops, crispy skin blue eye cod (the list is endless). Place your protein on a bed of something such as lightly steamed or char grilled Bok Choy, Gai lan (Chinese broccoli) or Broccolini (maybe add some steamed rice). Top your dish with a good big dollop and drizzle of our Mrs Liks Chilli Oil Crisp.

Asian Greens ( as a side or a meal)
Lightly blanch some Bok Choy, Gai lan (Chinese broccoli) or Broccolini and simply drizzle over a generous amount of Mrs Liks Chilli Oil Crisp garnish with a bit of extra fried shallot for crunch.
