New to the repertoire but already a family favourite, our Butter Chicken is aromatic, fresh and fragrant with loads of succulent BBQ chicken, so all you have to do is heat and eat.
Our version of this beloved Indian dish is fresh zingy and rich, not like your usual sweet takeaway. Packed full of aromats and toasted spices like fenugreek, garam masala, Kashmiri chilli, fresh ginger and tomato then softened and balanced with velvety butter and double cream.
Our Butter Chicken is bold rather than hot (maybe just a tingle), making it perfect for the fussier eaters in your life but if you prefer a bit of fire, simply spice it up with chopped red chilli or chilli lime pickle to taste.

Just pop the frozen bag of curry into a pot of boiling water for around 25 minutes to heat through, and it is ready to use.
Pour the hot curry into a bowl with some lightly blanched crunchy greens, like snow peas, sugar snaps or broccolini. Serve with a large bowl of steamed rice, fresh raita, zingy mango chutney and a plate full of our crispy, golden roti.
