Do you deliver to my area?
We currently offer Sydney Delivery to the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Northern Beaches and the Mosman/Cremorne Peninsula. Check full list of postcodes
We do accommodate deliveries outside our normal delivery areas with delivery fees charged on a case by case basis or you are also able to organise a courier to collect from us. Please contact us on email@example.com to discuss and organise.
If you are interested in us delivering to your area in the future please feel free to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, so we are able to update our delivery areas to look after as many people as possible.
Do you do same day or next day deliver?
No, as we are busy cooking good food most of the week our delivery time is limited. Each area has a designated delivery day and all orders must be in 48 hours ahead of your next delivery day.
Can I collect or purchase Mrs Liks meals anywhere else?
Unfortunately since COVID we have ceased all Jimmy Liks markets apart from Kings Cross and have moved ALL Mrs Liks orders on-line
How do I pay?
Payments are made online using any credit card through our payment partnership with Square.
Is there a minimum order?
No, however delivery fees do apply to orders of $100 or less.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries will arrive between 8am and 5pm on your designated delivery day. If you do have time restrictions, please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate them.
Do you charge for delivery?
Orders of $100 or less will incur a $15 delivery fee
Orders over $100 are FREE.
Do I have to be home for a delivery?
It is always preferable if you are able to be home but if that is not possible, we will leave your delivery in as safe a place as possible (and text you a photo). If needed, we will need you to provide any relevant access codes which will be kept strictly confidential. In the absence of instructions we will leave your order on your front doorstep.

Can I order if I have a food allergy?
Although we take all possible care to ensure that all our dishes only contain their listed ingredients with no cross contamination, we are unable to guarantee that any dish is completely free of any residual allergens. Our kitchen is used to produce a wide array of dishes, some of which may contain common allergens such as nuts, seafood, eggs, wheat, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you help me with recipe ideas and instructions?

How long will the food last in my freezer?
Our frozen food should be consumed within 3 months of purchase. If you have defrosted the food in your fridge it

Does Mrs Liks use artificial additives?
